
Business comprises of two distinct and important parts a management part which decides the future course of action and the working team of individuals which actually executes these decided matters. This executive part has its goals and tasks well defined by the management.
Management of business workings is not an easy process as it requires a deep and insight into core and supportive business processes. Management part has to be always correct as their decision affect whole enterprise and at the same time they have to be innovative as well because as is said,"you can't do business today with yesterday's method and hope to be in business tomorrow again" and have to develop new and efficient manner of workings.
Business Management should comprise of members who have deep understanding of how one process of business is related to other and making modifications to one existing system part will propagate the wave to other parts. By having this information early in hand implementation of change is faster and more efficient without any problems.
Managing these things properly is the fore-most role of management. Past data from warehouse should be analyzed with data mining tools to track the development pattern and whether the current working strategy followed by company is appropriate and making efficient use of the resources available or not.
